Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical functionality and identifying specific rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Document patient progress thoroughly and regularly, ensuring that treatments remain aligned with the physician's plan of care and adjust as necessary.
• Deliver direct therapeutic care in the office, employing hands-on techniques, exercises, and education tailored to each patient's condition.
• Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on best practices and exercises for home care to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to organizational goals related to patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed utilization and productivity standards, contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification recognized by the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) and general word processing software.
• A passion for establishing meaningful relationships with patients and helping them reach their functional goals.
• A motivation to positively engage and connect within the community.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is highly desirable.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
