Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients in their home settings to determine their individual rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific conditions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient treatments, progress, and response to interventions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Continuously reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations to optimize rehabilitation and achieve therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on self-care techniques and assistive devices to promote independence and effective management of their conditions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, reviewing literature in the field, and networking with healthcare professionals to stay at the forefront of physical therapy practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
