Key Responsibilities

• You will conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, initiating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols for patients recovering from orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
• Provide therapeutic care within the clinic setting and incorporate home visits when necessary, ensuring consistency with physicians' plans of care.
• Engage with patients and their families to offer education and guidance on rehabilitation processes, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery journeys.
• Document patient progress meticulously to meet established goals and ensure quality standards of care.
• Utilize communication skills to build strong relationships with each patient, fostering an environment of trust and motivation.
• Collaborate with fellow staff members to optimize treatment effectiveness and contribute to overall clinic objectives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, showcasing your comprehensive education in the field.

Compensation and Benefits
