Work Environment

This position will be performed onsite at our outpatient office, which is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic equipment designed for optimal patient care. You will work alongside two other physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), supported by a highly organized administrative team to enhance your practice and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy goals and customize treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage an individual patient caseload efficiently, providing one-on-one sessions aimed at maximizing recovery outcomes.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Design and implement specific exercise protocols tailored to the patient's condition and rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes thoroughly in our EMR system (WebPT) to ensure ongoing improvement and clear communication with patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their treatment process, ensuring their active participation in recovery while also educating them on healthy lifestyle choices that enhance their mobility.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate holistic patient care and discuss treatment plans.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, making necessary adjustments to maximize patient outcomes and return to optimal function.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve adult patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain related to musculoskeletal disorders. Our clientele ranges from athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly patients working on improving mobility to manage their day-to-day activities. Your ability to tailor rehabilitation strategies pertinent to their unique lifestyle and recovery goals will be crucial in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with preferred candidates holding a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• No prior history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques that enhance patient engagement.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is encouraged to streamline patient care.
• Familiarity with developing specialized treatment and exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Rehab Innovate PT Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
