Work Environment

This role is conducted entirely onsite at our inviting outpatient facility in Lacey. You will work alongside a collaborative team of fellow physical therapists, rehabilitation aides, and administrative staff in a patient-centric environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility limitations and pain conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Regularly monitor patient progress using standardized assessment tools, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and a range of healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment approaches.
• Document patient treatment sessions accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. Our diverse clientele includes adolescents, adults, and seniors, each requiring unique approaches that respect their individual goals and lifestyles. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Washington state physical therapy license, allowing you to practice without restrictions.
• Two or more years of experience in orthopedic therapy, demonstrating proficiency in both manual techniques and the provision of therapeutic exercises.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, is essential for effective patient recordkeeping.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, which are crucial for patient interaction and collaboration with team members.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience in orthopedic settings are required, candidates with additional training in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, or neurophysiological rehabilitation are highly desirable. Any certifications related to advanced manual therapy techniques will also give candidates a competitive edge.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Full Range Rehab Center offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
