Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Woodbridge, NJ. As a Physical Therapist at Compass PT, you will work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who share a commitment to creating a collaborative and efficient practice environment. This role is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a schedule consisting of Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental initiatives aimed at improving service delivery, including cost management and performance evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent program.
• Current and valid physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• Active CPR certification is required at the time of hire.

• Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to changes in patient care requirements.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and patients.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience in a clinical setting is not necessary, any experience in physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Ability to display tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients, family members, and team members.

Compensation and Benefits
