Work Environment

This full-time position requires onsite presence at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations by gathering patient histories and applying systematic assessments to tailor treatment plans that meet individual goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, joint mobilization, and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to adjust care plans based on real-time patient progress.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, outcomes, and discharge plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Meet departmental productivity expectations while contributing to clinic initiatives and community outreach programs aimed at enhancing wellness and accessibility.
• Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education courses and possibly supervising PT students or new staff as they acclimate to our workflows.
• Actively address patient barriers to access and care by engaging in outreach and understanding the specific needs and preferences of our patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure in Maryland is essential to practice as a physical therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
