We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional team at Pro Active Physio Clinic in Oakland, California. Work Environment

Set in a bustling outpatient office in Oakland, California, our clinic features state-of-the-art facilities designed to enable our therapists to deliver optimal care. Working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, you will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes collaboration across various therapies. Our clinic is designed not only to treat patients but to support our staff through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for children and adults, systematically gathering information to inform treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific rehabilitation goals.
• Regularly reassess and document patients' clinical signs and treatment effectiveness using our electronic health record system, ensuring timely completion of SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding the recovery process, potential obstacles, and strategies to overcome them.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various therapy disciplines to coordinate integrated treatment for clients receiving multiple services.
• Meet minimum utilization metrics and actively participate in achieving clinic business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population encompasses children, adults, and seniors with a broad range of medical conditions and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is mandatory.
• Current, unrestricted licensure in good standing by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to provide evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth as clinically appropriate.
• Desire to work with a broad spectrum of patients, embracing diversity in age, race, and ethnicity.
• Strong collaborative spirit, flexibility, and a proactive approach to patient care are essential.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable and will be taken into account during the hiring process.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus, enhancing our communication capabilities with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
