True North Medical Institute is currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our team as a Full-Time Floater Physical Therapist. This unique role requires an individual with a passion for providing tailored care to diverse patient populations across our network of orthopedic outpatient clinics in the stunning Reno, Nevada area. This full-time position operates during standard business hours, typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. As a floater therapist, you'll navigate between various outpatient clinics that serve a broad range of patients, ensuring that you receive exposure to different work cultures and treatment approaches. Your adaptability to clinic-specific electronic medical records (EMR) systems and administrative workflows will be crucial for seamless integration into each location. Travel between sites is required, and a travel radius will be discussed during the onboarding process.
As a Floater Physical Therapist at True North Medical Institute, you will work with a diverse patient demographic that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. True North Medical Institute offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans along with a 401(k) retirement savings plan that includes employer matching contributions. Therapists also receive mileage reimbursement for travel between clinics, paid time off for vacation and sick days, and an allowance for continuing education to foster ongoing professional development.
