Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by gathering detailed patient histories and performing assessments to create personalized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate evaluation results and treatment goals to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the care process.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols based on individual patient assessments while remaining agile to changes in health status.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to enhance patient management.
• Timely document patient care activities and maintain accurate records to reflect the patient’s progress and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Fairview Rehabilitation Center, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and traumatic events. Our clientele consists of diverse individuals striving for improved mobility and enhanced quality of life. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Must possess or be eligible for state licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Passion for patient care and a commitment to continuing professional development.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not required, any hands-on clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year along with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
