Work Environment

The position is based in our outpatient office located in the vibrant community of Springfield, Oregon, where teamwork and collaboration are integral to our daily operations. Our therapists work in a supportive environment that values communication and innovation, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and resources that enhance service delivery. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, assessing their physical capabilities and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement individualized treatment strategies, using evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and improve physical functioning.
• Regularly reassess clinical indicators and patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, integrating these into our electronic health records system.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, guiding them through the recovery process and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Meet established utilization goals and business objectives, contributing to the overall operational success of the organization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Revive Motion Therapeutics to address the needs of clients receiving multiple services.
• Actively promote and embody the organization’s core values, serving as an ambassador for our mission of compassion and comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with a variety of diagnoses. Your ability to engage with patients across different age groups and backgrounds will be essential in fostering a healing environment. Ensure each patient's unique needs are met while advocating for continued care and progress.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Possession of current and unrestricted licensure from the Board of Physical Therapy to practice in Oregon.
• Ability and willingness to conduct evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate.
• A strong desire to work with a diverse patient demographic, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

Preferred Experience

• Previous clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
