Work Environment

The work setting is an innovative outpatient office designed with modern facilities that promote a healing atmosphere. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, collaborating closely with fellow therapists and healthcare staff to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and capabilities. Utilize standardized tests and patient interviews to determine their specific needs.
• Treatment Plan Development: Create individualized treatment plans rooted in the latest evidence-based practices. Adapt these plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Therapeutic Techniques: Apply hands-on techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Patient Education: Teach patients about their conditions and provide guidance on exercises and strategies to enhance recovery and minimize the risk of future injuries.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes to comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with medical and rehabilitation teams, participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases and optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Adamson Physical Therapy primarily serves patients with orthopedic needs, including but not limited to those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our emphasis on personalized treatment ensures that each patient's unique circumstances are taken into account, allowing for a customized recovery trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program or higher degree (Master’s or Doctorate).
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
• A strong foundation in physical therapy principles and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Experience with patient education and exercise progression.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 95,000 and USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
