Park North Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Montvale, New Jersey. As a full-time Physical Therapist with a focus on outpatient orthopedic care, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients, formulating customized treatment strategies, and delivering hands-on therapeutic interventions. This position not only allows you to assist patients in recovering from injuries but also empowers them to regain their strength and mobility.

The work setting is a well-appointed outpatient office designed to promote the highest standards of patient care. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, primarily focusing on individual patient sessions that allow for two patients per hour. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation technologies and tools, enabling you to implement diverse therapeutic modalities. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals committed to shared goals and patient outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on adult patients undergoing rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain conditions. By working closely with each patient, you will help them navigate their rehabilitation journey effectively, ensuring that individualized care plans align with their personal health goals and lifestyle. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with each patient, supporting their motivation throughout the recovery process.
