Restore Pro Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team at our rehabilitation center located in Culpeper, Virginia. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including a review of medical history and conduct physical assessments, to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
Establish and implement effective treatment protocols based on evaluation findings, ensuring that interventions align with evolving healthcare practices.
Regularly consult with other healthcare providers to address interdisciplinary concerns and ensure that care plans are executed effectively.
Document patient progress meticulously, including initial evaluations, treatment modifications, and discharge planning, to create a comprehensive record that reflects the patient's journey.
Participate in corporate and clinical training to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and care standards.
Actively engage in team discussions aimed at enhancing patient access and care delivery, including contributions to quality improvement initiatives.
You will be working primarily with outpatient orthopedic patients who may have a range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and age-related functional impairments. Your role is crucial in helping these individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Each patient's progress will directly correlate with your hands-on care and personalized treatment strategies.
A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Virginia.
A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy settings.
Certification in CPR must be current.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with data management in patient documentation.
Previous experience in multidisciplinary teams focusing on innovative treatment approaches.
Engagement in continuous education efforts or professional development workshops related to physical therapy practices.
