Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions in the outpatient setting.
• Establish and implement individualized treatment plans using diverse therapeutic methods tailored to each patient's needs, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and technological modalities.
• Monitor and document treatment plans, patient progress, and therapeutic responses consistently and accurately in our electronic health records system.
• Regularly reassess the progress of patients and modify treatment plans to reflect changes in their condition and goals.
• Guide patients and their families in the use of assistive devices and self-care techniques, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journey.
• Engage in ongoing education to maintain high standards of professional knowledge and skills, attending workshops, reading relevant literature, and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications
