Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on patient-specific goals.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance recovery and rehabilitation efficiency.
• Document patient history, assessment results, treatment plans, and progress thoroughly in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and address complex health needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
• Participate in discharge planning, providing patients and family members with clear instructions and follow-up strategies to maintain progress post-treatment.

• Maintain adherence to all corporate training requirements and regulatory compliance at the state, local, and federal levels.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Each patient will have unique needs, requiring you to utilize your clinical expertise to adapt treatments that foster optimal recovery. Building strong therapeutic relationships with patients is essential, as it significantly influences their motivation and adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (DPT).
• A minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Active CPR certification.

• Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or dry needling is beneficial.
