Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions to establish individualized care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records to track treatment progress and outcomes effectively.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring the approach remains aligned with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and specialized activities designed to enhance mobility, strength, and range of motion in patients recovering from orthopedic surgery or injury.
• Design and develop personalized treatment regimens based on the unique needs and objectives of each patient, demonstrating adaptability in therapeutic methods.
• Engage in patient education, guiding individuals on exercises to perform at home, lifestyle modifications, and strategies to prevent re-injury.

Qualifications
