Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their goals and limitations, developing individualized treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a patient caseload, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused and comprehensive care.
• Implement a diverse range of interventions, utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
• Motivate and engage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering an encouraging environment that promotes recovery.
• Document all patient care activities diligently using our EMR system, WebPT, ensuring accurate records of treatment sessions and patient progress.
• Collaborate with your multidisciplinary team members and other healthcare professionals to discuss treatment outcomes and refine care strategies.
• Evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, providing ongoing feedback to patients about their improvement and next steps.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing tailored exercise protocols specific to patient needs.
• Comfortable with utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, to document patient interactions and streamline care delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, as it equips candidates with relevant skills and knowledge applicable to our patient demographic.
• A track record of implementing holistic treatments that prioritize patient autonomy and less reliance on medications or invasive procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

Range of Motion Balance Physical Therapy offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
