Our team consists of passionate professionals, including two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for healing.

Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence at our cutting-edge outpatient office, where patient-centered care is at the forefront of our mission. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and address the specific objectives and requirements of each patient to create effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load efficiently, focusing on delivering quality care to approximately two individuals per hour.
• Utilize your previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting to implement evidence-based therapeutic practices that enhance patients' mobility and functionality.
• Develop and apply cost-effective therapy interventions designed to improve range of motion and reduce need for medication or surgical options.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities into comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that cater to the diverse goals and capabilities of each patient.
• Provide high-quality, personalized care grounded in research and proven therapeutic interventions.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to optimize their recovery and adaptation.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices through improvement in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Engage in collaborative consultations with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Continuously evaluate patient outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services rendered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

We primarily cater to individuals with private medical insurance, offering access to high-quality orthopedic care. Our patient population consists of diverse individuals—ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to older adults rehabilitating after surgery. This variety allows you to employ your skills across a broad spectrum of cases, ensuring no two days are alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Newberg, Oregon.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Proficient in modern manual therapy techniques, demonstrating a hands-on approach to physical rehabilitation.
• Experience in designing and implementing diverse exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates with a minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings. Exposure to a variety of patient cases will greatly enhance your ability to develop effective strategies for rehabilitation, ensuring a seamless patient journey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and lifestyle needs.
