Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office, where you will work Monday to Friday, with occasional rotating shifts on weekends to support hospital integration when necessary. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs and establish effective treatment plans based on physician directives.
• Implement personalized therapeutic interventions which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities to enhance recovery and improve function.
• Maintain diligent records documenting patient evaluations, treatment sessions, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in adherence with healthcare regulations and billing standards.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel, ensuring that they understand and contribute effectively to patient care objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to coordinate interventions and facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of your treatment interventions and modify them as necessary to achieve the best results for each patient.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide education about treatment plans and self-management techniques for continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to the clinic director aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
