Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify physical limitations and design individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, utilizing tools such as therapeutic bands, weights, and other equipment to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise regimens and self-management techniques to foster independence and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to develop comprehensive care plans for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
