Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical outcomes and engage with staff therapists to address and resolve outlier cases for patient success.
• Oversee and optimize clinical workflows aimed at enhancing patient capture, processing of referrals, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Design and execute personalized therapy plans for each patient, emphasizing early intervention, same-day evaluations, and evidence-based practices.
• Create a professional and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, patient-focused quality care, and optimal safety outcomes.
• Work alongside the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will work primarily with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or addressing mobility impairments due to injury or disability. Your empathetic approach and commitment to patient-centered care will play a critical role in helping our clients regain their independence and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• An active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; Master's or Doctorate degrees will be considered advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills that allow you to connect effectively with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Mobility Therapy is pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, reflective of experience and caseload management. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
