Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke physical therapy services by assessing individual patient needs and tailoring treatment plans to achieve specific recovery goals.
• Manage an appropriate patient caseload, allowing ample time for assessment, intervention, and follow-up with each patient.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to apply evidence-based practices that improve patience motion, strength, and overall wellness.
• Implement cost-effective treatment methods and instructional programs that minimize dependence on medications while maximizing functional outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate a variety of treatment techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced rehabilitation modalities.
• Encourage patient adherence to their therapy plans by motivating and empowering them throughout their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and ensure seamless communication across all facets of treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
