The physical therapist will work onsite at our facility, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention and comprehensive evaluations during same-day sessions.
• Ensure clinical workflows are in place to optimize patient capture, referral processing, and scheduling, specifically tailoring approaches for diverse patient needs.
• Create a collaborative atmosphere that fosters full colleague participation, enhancing teamwork and ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
• Identifying clinical improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to continually elevate care standards.
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups to enhance communication and engagement, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, chronic conditions, and other physical limitations. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in restoring their mobility, enhancing their quality of life, and equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary for successful rehabilitation and self-management post-treatment.

Qualifications

• Current active license in the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering patient-centered care effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to develop innovative solutions for complex cases.
• A passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of life for individuals in your care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge or familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, which will aid in the efficient documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Proven track record of engaging effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
