Our facility supports a work-life balance, with expected weekly hours set at 40, including variable weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, reviewing progress regularly and adjusting plans as needed.
• Consult with other healthcare providers to ensure a continuum of care for each patient, facilitating seamless transitions through their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations and treatments, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and exercises to encourage active participation in their health care.
• Participate in community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training sessions, demonstrating leadership within the facility.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain open and effective communication with interdisciplinary team members, ensuring optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Carle Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-Time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
