Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist with Recoverease, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Houston. Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and oversee individualized physical therapy treatment plans that focus on preventing disabilities and restoring muscle function.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality care consistent with the treatment plan.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using diagnostic tests on muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities to assess client needs.
• Evaluate the home environment and make recommendations to foster a client’s independence.
• Administer a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, traction, and exercise, tailoring them to each client’s condition.
• Fit and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices and counsel the medical team on necessary modifications.
• Document clinical assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and promptly.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team case conferences to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Engage with clients and their families, providing education on physical therapy techniques and equipment utilization.
• Perform on-site assessments and adjust care plans according to client responsiveness.
• Complete administrative tasks such as submitting clinical and payroll documentation timely to ensure alignment with branch protocols.

The target population for this position includes a diverse range of patients seeking rehabilitation services. Clients will include individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, chronic pain conditions, and elderly patients needing mobility enhancement. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas, with a clean professional standing.
• Certification in CPR and a valid driver’s license with current automobile insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to make responsible decisions and lead with integrity.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
