Work Environment

This is an onsite position, with therapists visiting clients in their homes throughout Fairfax and surrounding areas. You will work a structured schedule of 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a consistent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of each patient to identify their specific mobility needs and goals.
• Design and implement a wide range of personalized treatment plans that utilize advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients and their families about physical therapy practices, emphasizing lifestyle changes that promote health and wellness.
• Utilize hands-on techniques and modalities, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to facilitate recovery and improve functionality.

Qualifications
