Work Environment

This full-time role requires a commitment to clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' orthopedic conditions, including their functional capabilities and limitations.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans based on individual assessments, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to restore movement, strength, and overall function.
• Instruct patients on injury prevention strategies, optimal movement mechanics, and effective home exercise programs to further their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and other medical professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best rehabilitation results.
• Remain informed on the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy practices by participating in ongoing education and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve treating patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions, including acute sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. The diverse patient population ensures a challenging yet rewarding clinical experience, enhancing your skills and knowledge in physical therapy.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting is preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• You must demonstrate the ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care is essential for fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team is vital for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desired.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation is advantageous.
• Experience with advanced therapeutic techniques will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
