Peak Performance Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Springdale, Arkansas. This position is located within our modern rehabilitation facility, where you will engage directly with patients in an onsite setting. Our collaborative atmosphere encourages teamwork and innovation among staff. You will have access to a variety of tools, modalities, and techniques, including therapeutic exercise equipment, modalities for pain management, and a range of patient education resources. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a predictable work-life balance.
Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population suffering from conditions such as acute and chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and balance disorders. You will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or managing debilitating conditions. This role allows you to witness first-hand the progress of patients as they regain independence and improve their quality of life.
While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with at least five years of experience and specialized knowledge in areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric therapy, or sports medicine are highly desired. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems will also be advantageous.
