Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess residents' physical abilities and establish tailored treatment plans aimed at maximizing their functional independence.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to provide seamless and integrated care that addresses all aspects of a resident's rehabilitation.
• Engage with residents and their families by providing educational resources and home exercise programs designed to facilitate physical activity beyond the therapy sessions.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic modalities, including hands-on manual therapy techniques and individualized exercise plans, to target specific physical impairments effectively.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations and uphold professional standards in patient care.

This role primarily focuses on serving the geriatric population, particularly individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injury-related challenges, and conditions affecting mobility and strength. You will work with residents of varying physical abilities, accommodating diverse rehabilitation needs, and emphasizing personalized care strategies. Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contribution to our team.
