Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in West Palm Beach, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for both staff and patients. Your work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, encompassing a 40-hour workweek. Within the center, you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and contribute to a culture that emphasizes community involvement and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote healing and improve patients' mobility and function.
• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers regarding home exercises and lifestyle modifications.
• Showcase exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all individuals interacting with the clinic.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and consistently, meeting minimum utilization goals.
• Engage in team meetings and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, focusing on various specialties such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Your role will involve not only physical rehabilitation but also fostering relationships with patients that inspire trust and motivation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy state license to practice in Florida.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer and word processing proficiency.

Preferred Experience

We require at least two years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, ideally in a rehabilitation or clinical setting. Experience in managing diverse patient populations and familiarity with a variety of treatment methodologies will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
