Renown Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team in Freehold, New Jersey. This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience. Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional limitations and develop customized treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Engage with interdisciplinary team members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to discuss patient care plans and outcomes.
• Document all patient treatments accurately in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Supervise and mentor assigned support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants and aides, ensuring effective teamwork and delivery of care.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including attending workshops, in-services, and continuing education opportunities.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives focused on quality improvement, community outreach, and patient education.

The Physical Therapist will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications
