Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Ernest Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery for a range of conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries.
• Delivering care in a variety of settings, including our clinic and patients' homes, ensuring consistency with the prescribed plan of care.
• Providing thorough education and training to patients and their caregivers regarding rehabilitation processes, exercise regimens, and recovery strategies.
• Tracking patient progress and modifying treatment approaches as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• A basic life support certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
