Work Environment

Located in the picturesque town of Monroe, Connecticut, our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite, full-time work environment that emphasizes collaborative teamwork and clinical excellence. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, managing a manageable patient volume of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring that you have ample time for individualized care and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine functional limitations and pain levels, allowing for the development of customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education relevant to functional movement retraining.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow therapy staff to create integrative and coordinated care strategies that maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on prevention techniques and wellness strategies, as well as detailed home exercise programs.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
