Work Environment

The outpatient rehabilitation facility is designed to provide a welcoming space that fosters healing. Physical Therapists here work closely with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physicians, and administrative staff, creating an integrated approach to patient care. The facility is open Monday to Friday, with flexible hours or the option of four ten-hour shifts, ensuring work-life balance while meeting the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans that address the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Implement hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.
• Educate and guide patients through their prescribed exercises, monitoring their progress and adapting plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize treatment plans and share insights on patient progress during team meetings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with facility protocols and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population ranging from young athletes to elderly patients, each requiring a unique approach tailored to their specific recovery goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field (Master’s Degree strongly preferred).
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure.

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
