Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our rehabilitation facility in Greeley, Colorado, where our clinical atmosphere is tailored to promote healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions to establish individualized therapy plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans using evidence-based practices, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and functional training.
• Monitor patients' progress, providing ongoing evaluations to refine treatments and ensure recovery goals are met consistently.
• Engage in patient education by explaining treatment processes, motivating adherence to therapy regimens, and addressing any questions to foster confidence in their recovery journey.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse healthcare team to share insights on patient progress and jointly explore innovative treatment strategies aimed at enhancing rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Our clientele encompasses various age groups and needs, from pediatric to geriatric patients, providing you with a rich experience in physical therapy across a spectrum of challenges, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and neurologic impairments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; candidates with higher degrees in the field (Master’s or Doctorate) are preferred.
• Possession of a valid and active Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is essential.
• Familiarity with manual therapy techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with preference given to experience with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is 2 years, candidates with specialized training in sports rehabilitation, geriatric therapy, or neurologic rehabilitation will be preferred. Experience working in a collaborative healthcare environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
