Work Environment

This position is based in our outpatient office in Sarasota, Florida, where you will work onsite amidst a collaborative and positive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols while utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
• Provide clear instructions and education to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand the treatment plan and their role in the healing process.
• Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient progress accurately and comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system to meet compliance and business objectives.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care by demonstrating exemplary customer service and communication skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, treating a broad spectrum of conditions across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care.
• Experience working with a variety of patient diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Ability to foster strong relationships and maintain active community engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based incentives that recognize outstanding customer service and clinical excellence.
