Work Environment

This position will be based at our outpatient office in Freehold, where a collaborative and supportive culture prevails. Your typical work week will span Monday through Friday, amounting to 40 hours a week, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact on patient lives. Being onsite, you will have direct access to our interdisciplinary teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared success.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians, utilizing your clinical skills to identify specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to address a variety of conditions, particularly in the orthopedic domain, as well as pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions, treatment goals, and techniques for improving their functional abilities, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.
• Deliver ongoing treatment sessions that reflect the physician’s plan of care and track patient progress to adjust therapies as necessary.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute positively to the overall patient experience, reinforcing our commitment to compassionate care.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes through shared knowledge and teamwork.
• Meet utilization metrics and contribute to organizational objectives to enhance the effectiveness of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be orthopedic patients, where you will apply specialized techniques to restore mobility and enhance functionality. However, the role also includes engaging with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine populations, allowing for a diverse and enriching clinical experience. Your ability to connect with patients will be crucial in building trust and facilitating successful rehabilitation journeys.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in word processing and general computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• A genuine desire to build meaningful relationships with patients, enabling them to achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and experience in providing care in diverse settings would be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

Arrowhead PT Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a robust benefits package.
