Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique health needs and goals.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, fostering their involvement in goal-setting for optimal recovery outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, continuously adjusting protocols in response to patient feedback and evolving healthcare practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, maintaining open lines of communication to address any significant changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate reassessment or adjustments in care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, to ensure a comprehensive view of the patient's recovery journey.
• Manage time efficiently, maintaining appropriate patient schedules and productivity standards while contributing to clinical marketing and outreach initiatives within the local community.
• Contribute to the clinic’s mission by participating in departmental goal-setting, adhering to regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
• Advocate for continuous professional development by pursuing further education, certifications, and serving as a mentor to less experienced staff or students.
• Enhance patient access to care by actively engaging in initiatives designed to reduce barriers to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
