Work Environment

The ideal candidate will work onsite at our modern rehabilitation center in Henderson, NV. Our facility boasts advanced orthopedic equipment and technology, offering a conducive environment for patient rehabilitation. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a consistent schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific conditions and goals.
• Utilize hands-on therapy techniques and guided therapeutic exercises to facilitate recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage patients and their families in education around injury prevention and self-management strategies for continued health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
