Sierra Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in South River, New Jersey. This full-time role focuses primarily on enhancing patient mobility and functional independence through tailored rehabilitation protocols. As an integral member of our health care team, you will work collaboratively to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal recovery pathways for our patients.
Sierra Orthopedic Clinic is a well-established, PT-owned outpatient private practice dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic care. Our clinic is equipped with advanced facilities, spanning 5,000 square feet, designed specifically for sports medicine and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on a team-oriented culture where our primary focus is on the well-being of our patients. Our staff, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), works diligently to foster a supportive, healing environment.
This position is based onsite at our outpatient clinic, where you will primarily engage with patients in a one-on-one setting. You will manage a caseload of one individual per hour, allowing for comprehensive attention to each patient's unique rehabilitation needs. Our modern facility ensures that you have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources, enabling you to provide the highest quality of care in a comfortable and professional atmosphere.
Our clinic primarily caters to patients with private medical insurance, each with unique orthopedic challenges ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management.
