Revitalize PT and Fitness Clinic is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Sacramento, California. Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our modern orthopedic outpatient office, fully equipped with the latest technology and treatment tools necessary for effective patient care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance that encourages professional development and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine the extent of their physical dysfunctions, employing evidence-based assessments and methodologies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to achieve specific rehabilitation goals, taking into consideration patients' age, medical history, and functional limitations.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy modalities and exercises tailored to the patient's needs, ensuring they are provided with the highest quality of care.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to supervisors and collaborate with other healthcare team members to discuss treatment efficacy and necessary modifications.
• Maintain an organized patient schedule while ensuring accurate documentation of sessions and billing updates in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, treatment plans, and strategies to continue recovery at home post-therapy.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the treatment area, managing equipment maintenance and ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and practices as outlined in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our clinic is to serve patients who are recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and sports-related conditions. You will work closely with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation goals. Effective communication and compassion are crucial as you guide patients through their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist licensure in good standing is mandatory.
• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be obtained.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a preference for advanced degrees.
• Strong foundational understanding of orthopedic and sports rehabilitation practices.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute individualized exercise programs, accommodating various physical abilities and comorbidities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Capability to work independently while also being an interactive and responsive team member.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with exposure to orthopedic rehabilitation and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies and providing care for all age groups with varying health conditions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and the documentation standards required in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
