Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and document progress.
• Implement effective rehabilitation strategies for recovery from orthopedic injuries, drawing from a variety of evidence-based practices.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring to tailor interventions to meet individual needs effectively.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to enhance at-home rehabilitation, as well as preventive measures to promote long-term health.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols and legal standards.
• Regularly collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, and other clinical staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals of various ages and backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of clinical experience specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Previous roles in fast-paced clinical settings with a focus on patient outcomes.
• Experience or training in specialized areas such as sports medicine or pediatric physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
