Work Environment

This position is onsite in our state-of-the-art outpatient office located in Addison, Illinois. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet flexible schedule that allows you to balance your professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, focusing on their individual physical capabilities and unique needs, to develop customized treatment plans.
• Administer a range of skilled therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and various modalities, ensuring each session is tailored to patient goals.
• Regularly track and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on individual development and outcome measures.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, which may include physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs enhancing recovery.
• Implement and oversee fall prevention programs, helping to mitigate risks and safeguard our patients in assisted living environments.

Restore Motion Specialists offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
