Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing comprehensive diagnostics to create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and modify treatment programs to cater to various conditions, ensuring alignment with physician directives and patient goals.
• Engage in evidence-based practice to deliver care that leads to significant functional improvements and enhanced patient experiences.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by actively listening to patients, addressing concerns, and providing emotional support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and medical staff, to optimize patient outcomes through coordinated care.
• Consult, educate, and empower patients and their caregivers about their conditions, recovery expectations, and ongoing health management strategies.
• Meet performance metrics and utilization goals, contributing to the operational success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, covering various specialties such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine therapy. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Valid physical therapy license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Graduate of a CAPTE or APTA-accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, complemented by computer literacy in documentation and patient management software.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, fostering their participation in the therapeutic process.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting is required.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment methods and a clear understanding of current physical therapy trends.
• Proven track record in achieving patient outcome goals and enhancing client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a fair compensation package, we offer a robust benefits program that includes:
