Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ rehabilitation needs upon intake, assessing their medical history, physical capabilities, and personal goals.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic techniques such as exercise therapy, manual therapy, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, keeping records of treatment effectiveness and adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them about their conditions, treatments, and self-management strategies that can be integrated into their daily lives.
• Stay current on best practices and industry trends by attending workshops, participating in professional organizations, and pursuing continuing education opportunities.
• In collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, participate in case conferences to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes, advocating for the highest standards of treatment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is a minimum requirement; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
