This position is located onsite in our outpatient office, where our therapists work closely with patients in a structured yet flexible setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to determine their functional limitations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Offer expert consultation to healthcare providers regarding each patient's continuum of care and necessary interventions.
• Maintain adherence to customer service standards by interacting respectfully with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions comprehensively and accurately, meeting all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards for documentation.
• Implement treatment plans effectively and maintain ongoing evaluations of patient progress towards therapy goals.
• Supervise and collaborate with support staff, providing mentorship and guidance to optimize patient care delivery.
• Participate in community outreach, marketing initiatives, and program development to promote physical therapy services.
• Engage in continued education and attend staff meetings to keep abreast of the latest treatment methodologies and standards in physical therapy.
• Coordinate patient discharge plans and consultations to ensure a seamless transition from therapy.
• Review and discuss any modifications to treatment with physicians to maintain optimal care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will work primarily with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility and function. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Preferred Experience
