Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring adherence to their specific medical needs.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities to provide effective care and rehabilitation strategies, promoting optimal recovery.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring that each patient's experience is positive and supportive, fostering an atmosphere of trust and encouragement.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, sharing insights and strategies to implement evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in the clinic, focusing on maximizing patient mobility and function in accordance with their designated plan of care.

• Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Caring Physique Therapy Center, you'll work with a diverse patient population, including individuals with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is necessary.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Florida is required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
