Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our Los Angeles facility, where you will collaborate closely with a team of two physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our practice emphasizes a friendly and supportive atmosphere, ensuring that both our staff and patients feel empowered and valued. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations to identify patients' objectives and requirements within the clinic setting.
• Manage a case load with a focus on delivering personalized care, seeing one patient per hour to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Design and implement detailed care plans tailored to individual patient needs using various therapeutic techniques.
• Provide effective treatments aimed at enhancing clients' mobility while minimizing reliance on medications and invasive procedures.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and conduct customized exercise regimens that promote patient engagement and recovery.
• Regularly assess treatment efficacy and patient progress, maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately within our EMR platform, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to enhance their functional capabilities and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to a diverse clientele that includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The majority of our patients hold private medical insurance, which allows us to focus on customized care that aligns with their unique rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Clear record with no board actions or disciplinary measures against licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings with demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR software platforms, particularly WebPT.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
