Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient clinic located in the scenic Saratoga, California. This full-time position is pivotal in helping patients regain their mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their functional skills through direct therapeutic interventions and personalized rehabilitation plans. Work Environment

The role takes place in our outpatient office setting, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In this dynamic clinic environment, you will have access to advanced therapeutic equipment and software, such as WebPT, to assist in patient management, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The atmosphere encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development while putting patient welfare at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized care to patients, conducting assessments and planning individualized treatment sessions for 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring focused and effective rehabilitation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient movement, decrease pain levels, and facilitate a seamless recovery process.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize recovery, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of attention and care.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of patient treatments and progress using WebPT to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop comprehensive care strategies for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will involve a varied patient population within the orthopedic domain. You will engage with individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and age-related mobility challenges. Your expertise will directly enhance their functional capacities, allowing them to resume daily activities and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active California Physical Therapist License or be eligible to obtain one prior to employment.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• A proactive and engaging approach to rehabilitation that encourages patient participation and motivation.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to treat a diverse range of conditions effectively.

• Experience working with WebPT or similar electronic health record (EHR) platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
